  • Player Profiles: If you create a studio account, we store your chosen username, email address, and progression saves.
  • Support Requests: When you reach out to our development team for help, we keep a record of that conversation to resolve your technical issues effectively.

How We Use Your Information

The data we gather is focused strictly on improving our games. We use this information to optimize rendering performance across different headset platforms, balance matchmaking for multiplayer modes, and patch crashes identified through telemetry. Occasionally, we may use your account email to send important updates about upcoming game releases or major patch notes.

Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal data. We only share operational information with trusted server infrastructure partners that host our multiplayer lobbies and analytics providers that help us decode crash reports. All transmitted data is encrypted and handled with strict access controls. We retain telemetry only as long as necessary to resolve active bugs and improve current titles.
