Deepdive VR grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our games strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any game files.
• Use our assets, characters, or code to create derivative works.
• Distribute, sell, or lease access to our virtual environments without commercial licensing agreements.

Immersion requires a safe environment. When participating in multiplayer lobbies or utilizing voice communications within our games, you agree to treat other players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, exploiting glitches, and cheating will result in a permanent ban from all Deepdive VR online services.

Additionally, virtual reality experiences can cause motion sickness or physical strain. By playing, you acknowledge the physical risks of VR hardware and agree that Deepdive VR is not responsible for injuries or property damage incurred while playing.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the games (including but not limited to character designs, world geometry, soundtracks, and UI elements) are owned by Deepdive VR. All rights are reserved.
